Delivery to the UK
All orders under the value of £7 are FREE of delivery charges on our Standard Delivery option. All other orders are subject to UP TO £3 .95 delivery charge. All orders will be sent using Royal Mail
Recorded Delivery and are subject to the delivery times and restrictions specified by the Royal Mail. Deliveries are usually received within 2 working days maximum.
Delivery to Europe
All items sent to EU countries are subject to a £7.00 delivery charge regardless of the quantity. All packages are sent International Airmail and will need a signature on receipt. Delivery times are approximately 2 to 5 working days.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase but on occasions we fully understand that things just aren't right or as expected with your purchase.
However if for any reason you are not satisfied you are more then welcome to return the items back to us for exchange, or refund within 14 days of original order of the goods. The items must be returned back to us in its original packaging and with all the labels still attached. We aim to issue your full refund immediately but please allow us up to 7 days to process your refund. Please note any postage costs will not be refunded.

Please complete the returns form sent to you with your order, or request another from us before returning the item.
If you are exchanging your items you are welcome to place the order via the website for the new item, your original purchase will be refunded once the goods have been received by us.
Your statutory rights are not affected. In the event that an item is faulty in anyway please contact us immediately in order that we might rectify the problem.
